Denise Doyle is Telstra’s Legal Transformation Lead who will enable Telstra to deliver its T22 strategy. Since joining Telstra in February 2018, Denise has led several initiatives including the creation of a Legal AI bot, Taila and fundamentally reimagined how Telstra’s legal department operated, achieving a 15% reduction in operating costs. With a strong foundation in process re-engineering initiatives at Citibank, NAB, GE and Westpac, Denise is focused on delivering a more efficient and effective transformation by leveraging the right frameworks, methodologies and tools that ensure delivery of tangible and sustainable outcomes.
