The Position

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Checkbox, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. Working closely with content, events and product marketing, you will be responsible for executing lead generation and demand generation projects through paid advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and search engine optimisation (SEO). This role is perfect for a highly results-oriented individual who is energised by consistently learning and optimising for building, maintaining and growing a lead generation machine.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is hungry to grow 10x, is hard-working and is an absolutely gun. Checkbox is an ultra-fast paced & high growth environment and in order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a quick learner and be able to execute with first-class quality.

In this position, you will: 

+ Lead and manage SEO/SEM, PPC and display advertising campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMRush, Google Analytics and more.
+ Optimise landing pages and plans, executes and measures A/B and conversion tests.
+ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
+ Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimises user funnels.
+ Utilise strong analytical ability to identify opportunities for performance, improvement and cost-efficiency.
+ Work with the marketing and sales team to create content or product-driven lead acquisition.
+ Report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns on a weekly basis against goals (ROI and KPIs) to the Head of Marketing.



+ Able to work full-time, 5 days a week
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
+ Growth and continuous improvement mindset
+ Passionate about marketing, startups and technology
+ Highly results-driven and has a process-oriented mindset
+ Ability to learn quickly about no-code and different enterprise industries
+ Passionate about marketing efforts that make a significant business impact
+ Loves creating “wow” moments and are always thinking about how to get there

+ Experience with SEO/SEM, advertising campaigns, optimising landing pages and A/B and multivariate experiments.
+ Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
+ Proficient at Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) or equivalent
+ Ability to design and create assets such as infographics, banners, posters & email templates
+ Experience working at a high growth technology start-up, in no-code or the legal technology industry

Compensation will vary based on experience
