The Company

We’re at a pivotal point in our journey. We’ve recently raised money from Sequoia, joining the ranks of their other high growth investments including Zoom, Notion, Airbnb, and a literal rocketship company called SpaceX, further fuelling our belief that the future of better work will be shaped by anyone building their own automation software.

Some of the exciting work that you’ll be doing over the next 12 months include:

• Expanding our customer base as we rapidly scale in the APAC region.
• Internationalising and growing into global markets.
• Rolling out across a global Big-4 customer as the no-code vendor of choice, and supporting the expansion of Checkbox into 20+ firms across Europe, Asia, Americas and APAC.

We have a couple of key roles open and we’re looking for enthusiastic, intelligent, problem solvers who can help us scale Checkbox from a domestic startup, to a global tech unicorn. You’ll really form the early “heart” of Checkbox, and quickly become a leader within our ever-evolving organisation.

The Position

As a Customer Success Associate at Checkbox, your mission is simple: make Checkbox a resounding success for our customers, whatever it takes. 

The entire success of no-code lies on your shoulders – and you have the autonomy to coordinate between our customers, and all Checkbox teams including sales, marketing, product, tech, support, and delivery. You’ll need to dive into your customer accounts, quickly learn their mission, develop a unique strategy, and deliver no-code at scale within a fast-paced environment. 

This role is suited for anyone who thrives in interacting with people, loves rapidly solving problems and is good at forming, and executing, on strategy.

In this position, you will:

+ Own the relationship between Checkbox and ‘_’ (Insert any one of the 10+ clients you’ll look after like BMW, Invisalign, Coca-Cola, Xero etc.).
+ In collaboration with the “Heads-of” your customer’s departments, develop and execute a unique no-code strategy for each of your customers.
+ Become an expert on the Checkbox product and train, educate and onboard power users onto the Checkbox platform.
+ Become the “voice of the customer” and have a say in how our product is developed, and help shape our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
+ Network and partner with C-Suite and “Heads-of” departments who are driving the no-code movement. You’ll forge lasting relationships with these contacts over years of coffees and dinners.

About You

+ You have some hands-on experience building web-based products, and ideally Software-as-a-Service products.
+ You are flexible, nimble and practical. You are keen to solve problems and deliver value to customers quickly, and understand that this can sometimes mean ambiguity and rapid change. 
+ You are self-driven, passionate and hungry to learn. You take initiative and have a relentless internal drive to grow and excel, no matter what it is that you do, and you love being around people who share that drive.
+ You understand that collaboration and communication is at the heart of what makes a team succeed in the long run, and can articulate your thoughts, ideas and concerns effectively.

BONUS
+ You have experience working in a no-code product company or enterprise platform company.
+ You have experience working at a high growth technology start-up.
+ You have experience in and aptitude to develop basic programming and systems integration skills.

What Success Looks Like

In the first month, you’ll be brought up to speed on the Checkbox product, the fundamentals of Customer Success, the profile of our customers, and the processes and tech of the CS team – everything you need to succeed in the role.

Over the next few months, you’ll jump right into customer engagements, first shadowing one of the Customer Success Managers, and then quickly leading your own engagements. You’ll continue to be supported throughout this period, with a greater emphasis on providing feedback and refining your approach.

By the end of your first year, you will be the key link between Checkbox and ~10 of our key customers, influencing how we as a company can better service our customer base.
