In this Privacy Policy, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ means Checkbox Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 35 612 175 685) and our related bodies corporate. We are committed to respecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy sets outs out how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information.

3. Why does Checkbox Collect, Receive, and Use Personal Information?

4. What User Information Does Checkbox Collect and Receive?

When a user sets up an account with us we collect:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • occupational information for enterprise users (i.e. job title);
  • details of the user’s use of our services, including any communication with us (i.e. any support requests);
  • any information provided through feedback surveys or reviews; and
  • any other personal information requested by us and/or provided by the user or a third party.


When an individual fills in a form created by a client of ours and hosted through our services we collect the information provided in that form solely for the purpose of providing our services to our client, including support services as required.


When an individual uses our website or otherwise interacts with us online, we may collect:

  • the individual’s hashed email, browser session and geo-location data, device and network information (i.e. device ID, device type, geo-location information) statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and/or browsing behaviour;

Who does Checkbox Disclose the Personal Information of Users to?

7. AdRoll/NextRoll

We use third party NextRoll’s service ‘AdRoll’ for:

  • cross device tracking interest-based advertising, including measurement and analytics in relation to traffic for such advertising;
  • to show advertisements for our services to you on third-party sites and to measure and analyse the performance of our advertising campaigns; and
  • for our email automation marketing.


We (or NextRoll) use third party cookies and other non-cookies technologies to collect device and browser information, including IP addresses of visitors to our website and hashed identifiers derived from email addresses on our webforms for the above purposes.


You can opt-out of cross-device site advertising (i.e. targeted advertising) by updating your web browser settings or device settings (as applicable) to decline all third party cookies or third party cookies from specific sites.
