As a RevOps Manager at Checkbox, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, which at this stage, is the CEO. Working closely with the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing the operations, technology, and data insights of our Go-To-Market teams. This role is perfect for a strong technical individual who is energised by optimising and amplifying the performance of our GTM teams using revenue operations technologies. You are a process-orientated individual that loves to turn one-off business success into a repeatable, reliable conveyor belt of constant wins. You will be supported by an extremely diverse and talented GTM team that will help transform you from a technical specialist into a well-rounded, strategic, and highly sought-after RevOps Manager.
In this position, you will:
+ Manage and maintain the technical setup of our Salesforce CRM, Marketo and Sales Engagement Platform
+ Manage integrations between GTM technologies and platforms
+ Identify and recommend GTM campaigns to capitalise on under-served prospects and customers
+ Conduct statistical analysis on CRM data to create propensity-to-churn and lead scoring models
+ Create and present weekly GTM reports focused on activity volumes and ARR pipeline to identify areas of improvement
+ Work with senior management to craft a next-generation sales, marketing & customer success process
+ Monitor and ensure the technical aspect of the sales, marketing & customer success process is operating as planned
+ Provide technical support and expert advice to GTM platform users
+ Work with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to identify areas for improvement and plan enhancements across the GTM tech stack
+ Manage relationships with agency-based technology consultants
+ Evaluate emerging technologies to implement in our GTM stack
+ At least 3 years of experience in the operations, enhancement, and maintenance of an integrated stack of technology solutions around Salesforce CRM
+ Strong in working with sales and marketing databases, understanding data relationships and flow-on effects
+ Strong experience and understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot) and Sales Engagement Platforms (RingDNA, Outreach)
+ High proficiency in using Excel to clean and manipulate data
+ Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate data insights to senior management
+ Experience in project managing and executing technical projects in collaboration with stakeholders
+ A strong understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success processes
+ Passionate about no code technology and its potential and value for companies around the world
+ Worked as a software sales rep
+ Worked at a high growth software-as-a-service company
