The Position

As a RevOps Manager at Checkbox, you will be reporting directly to the CEO. Working closely with the leadership in the sales, marketing, and customer success functions, you will be responsible for managing the operations, technology, and data insights of our Go-To-Market teams. This role is perfect for a strong technical and quantitative individual who is energised by optimising and amplifying the performance of GTM teams using revenue operations technologies. You are a process-orientated individual that loves to turn one-off business success into a repeatable, reliable conveyor belt of constant wins. You understand how critical data is in driving success of sales, marketing, and customer success teams and you are extremely sharp in identifying the inefficiencies and have the hands-on technical acumen and diligence to operate the engine too. 

In this position, you will:

+  Manage and maintain the technical setup of our Salesforce CRM and HubSpot marketing automation, including integrations, to ensure that the GTM processes is operating as planned
+  Work with the leadership in the sales, marketing, and customer success functions to conduct funnel diagnostics and identify areas for improvement and plan enhancements across GTM operations including outbound, inbound, and retention metrics
+ Identify and recommend GTM campaigns to capitalise on under-served prospects and customers
+ Create and present weekly and monthly sales reports and marketing reports focused on activity volumes, marketing metrics, and ARR pipeline to identify areas of improvement
+  Advise senior management on iterations of the sales, marketing, and customer success processes
+  Provide technical support and expert advice to GTM platform users
+  Manage relationships with agency-based technology consultants

About You

+ At least 3 years of experience in the operations, enhancement, and maintenance of an integrated stack of technology solutions around Salesforce
+ Strong in working with sales and marketing databases, understanding data relationships and flow-on effects
+ Strong experience and understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms (Hubspot or similar) and Sales Engagement Platforms (ZoomInfo and AirCall or similar)
+ Highly analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded when interpreting GTM data from the CRM
+ High proficiency in using Excel to clean and manipulate data
+ Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate data insights to senior management
+ Experience in project managing and executing technical projects in collaboration with stakeholders
+ A strong understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success processes
+ Passionate about no code technology and its potential and value for companies around the world

+ Worked as a software sales rep or digital marketer
+ Worked at a venture-backed, high growth software-as-a-service company
