The Position

As the Solutions Delivery Manager, you will be working closely with our Tier 1 customers providing Checkbox client services which include technical project management, solutions delivery, training, support, and account management.

You will leverage all of your consultancy talents and expertise to implement solutions that meet our clients’ needs and set them up for success using the Checkbox platform. This role will tap into your leadership, analysis, troubleshooting, consulting, training, and interpersonal skills, as you lead the implementation delivery effort across multiple jurisdictions and clients. In this position, you will:

+ Own the full project implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering and prioritisation, user journey mapping, solutions build and testing, transition to production, as well as support.

+ Prepare commercial proposals and support acquisition of new client accounts.

+ Manage tier 1 client accounts to ensure successful product implementation and proactively develop opportunities to increase recurring revenue from your accounts.

+ Design and build applications from customer requirements using the Checkbox platform.

+ Lead workshops, project meetings, track issues, communicate and mitigate risks, and manage deliverables with a focus on timeline, scope and quality.

+ Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships, represent their interests and manage expectations (including prioritisation of requirements and solution roadmap).

+ Quickly digest and understand new and foreign information, as well as develop an understanding of client business sectors and related use cases.

+ Engage in product discussions to provide opinions around the prioritisation of features.



+ You have at least 2 years of experience in consulting and delivering solutions to tier 1 clients

+ You have experience facilitating solution scoping, design and requirements gathering workshops

+ You have excellent people skills and know how to motivate and manage people to deliver

+ You have strong attention to detail and appreciation for the importance of UI/UX

+ You have experience in and/or aptitude to develop programming and systems integration skills

+ You have great leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

+ You have a fun, positive and collaborative attitude towards work



+ Experience in Legal or Finance sector focusing on technology solutions

+ Experience in preparing, presenting and negotiating commercial proposals

+ Experience with JavaScript and system integrations
