Anna Lozynski General Counsel, L’Oréal
Anna Lozynski has been the General Counsel of L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand since September 2012 building the first legal team for its Australia & New Zealand businesses with their 30 brands in Australia and 19 in NZ as well as Corporate functions. Anna is part of the company’s Executive Committee, and sits on the CLOC Australia Committee as well as on the Advisory Board of She Breaks The Law. Prior to joining L’Oréal, Anna worked in-house at General Motors (in Australia (Holden) and Shanghai) and Westpac Banking Corporation, after working in M&A and as a commercial litigator with a major Australian firm.
She has been leading her team on an award winning legal innovation journey transforming the way the function supports the A/NZ businesses by embracing automation, digitisation and data analytics. In 2019, she was recognised as one of APAC’s Top 10 Innovative Lawyers.
Anna is also the author of Legally Innovative – a call to action to do law differently with a progressive mindset, as well as The New Age Lawyers – 20 questions for the legal roles of the future. She believes that legal innovation is invigorating, change is energising and efficiency will never go out of fashion.

Denise Doyle Legal Transformation Lead, Telstra
Denise Doyle is Telstra’s Legal Enablement Lead and is currently supporting the prioritised initiatives within the Legal Department that will enable Telstra to deliver its T22 strategy. As a Six Sigma Master Black belt and certified Scrum Master, Denise is focused on delivering greater value by providing strategic leadership on becoming more efficient and effective by leveraging the right frameworks, methodologies and tools that ensure delivery of tangible and sustainable outcomes.
With a strong foundation in process re-engineering built through the successful execution of complex, strategic transformation initiatives at Citibank, NAB, GE and Westpac, Since joining Telstra in February 2018, Denise has led a number of initiatives including the creation of a Legal AI bot, Taila as well as the initiative that fundamentally reimagined how Telstra’s legal department operated which achieved a 15% reduction in operating costs.
Jorden Lam General Counsel & GM Commercial Affairs
Jorden is the General Counsel & GM Commercial Affairs at HESTA Super Fund and has served on the boards as a non-executive director for various health service providers. Jorden regularly writes and speaks about professional development and the importance of lawyers embracing innovation and re-defining their value proposition given the evolving needs and expectations of the business community. Jorden practised as a financial services lawyer with several leading firms before realising she wanted to contribute to business decisions that followed not only from legal considerations but wider strategic decision-making. Hayley is an experienced senior financial services lawyer with a passion for simplifying the complex and doing things differently. Having followed a diverse and untraditional career path, Hayley has gained strong insight into the financial services industry from working both within different parts of the industry as well as being an independent observer and decision maker during her time at the Financial Ombudsman Service and as a member of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.
